About The Role

FDM is seeking a proactive, commercially minded Technical Recruiter to support the growth of our experienced hiring function across the US. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and securing experienced technology professionals aligned to client demand.

This position sits closely with the sales function and plays a critical role in enabling FDM to respond quickly to client requirements. For high-performing individuals demonstrating strong commercial acumen and relationship-building capability, there will be a clear pathway into a future Account Management / Sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for experienced IT hires across the US market
  • Partner closely with sales teams to understand Wclient demand and priority skillsets
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networks, market mapping)
  • Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality, work-authorized talent
  • Conduct screening interviews assessing both technical capability and cultural fit
  • Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate tracking of activity, pipeline, and hiring metrics
  • Provide market insight on availability, compensation, and hiring trends
  • Support continuous improvement of experienced hiring processes and workflows


About You

Experience
  • Experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous, ideally within IT or technology-related environments
  • Exposure to mid-to-senior level hiring or candidate engagement is beneficial but not essential
  • US market exposure is helpful but not required
