About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and strategic
Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across key engineering functions. In this role, you'll operate as a trusted partner to hiring managers, driving hiring strategies, improving recruiting processes, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You'll play a critical role in shaping the company's talent landscape by attracting and hiring top-tier talent.
What You'll Do- Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for complex and high-impact roles across multiple teams
- Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and interview processes
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines
- Act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, compensation insights, and hiring best practices
- Drive improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
- Mentor and support junior recruiters or coordinators as needed
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics and performance
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Proven track record of hiring for technicalcomplex or niche roles
- Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, outbound, networking, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience
- Experience mentoring others or contributing to team development

Base Pay Range: 166,500.00 - 244,200.00 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 136,200.00 - 199,760.00 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 124,100.00 - 182,050.00 USD
