As a Technical Project Manager, Validation Services, you will collaborate with customers, validation laboratories, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality validation solutions. Based in the USA with a remote work arrangement, this customer-facing role offers the opportunity to create measurable impact while working with cross-functional experts and contributing to solutions that help enable Better health for more people.
What you will accomplish together with us:- Lead validation projects from customer requirement gathering through execution by translating needs into test plans, coordinating validation activities, approving quotes, and overseeing successful project completion
- Connect customers, validation laboratories, and sales teams to ensure transparent communication, aligned expectations, and efficient project execution
- Provide technical consultation and perform risk assessments using validated scientific methods and risk-based approaches to support informed customer decisions
- Generate leads, manage business opportunities, and collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and execute tailored validation strategies
- Present validation capabilities at conferences, customer meetings, and industry events to strengthen market visibility and generate qualified opportunities
What will convince us:- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline
- Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in single-use bioprocess validation projects or related technical project management
- Apply a strong understanding of drug manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and GMP concepts
- Maintain a strong focus on data integrity and documentation standards compliance
- Utilize negotiation, consultative selling, and solution-oriented communication skills to advance customer opportunities
- Influence and collaborate effectively across internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused, team-oriented, and target-driven approach to work
- Travel up to 25% as required for customer-facing activities

Compensation for this position will be a base salary between $93,000.00 and $128,000.00 plus bonus depending on experience and qualifications.
