Full Job Description
Position Summary
CSlope Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the BATS modernization program and oversee technical delivery, schedule, staffing, financial performance, risk management, Agile execution, and stakeholder coordination. The Technical Project Manager will be accountable for delivering working software that meets ATF requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-functional development, testing, data, architecture, and UI/UX team.
- Manage schedule, staffing, budget, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the ATF Product Owner, COR, Government program leadership, cybersecurity personnel, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage Product Backlog execution, sprint planning, demonstrations, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Analyze complex program, technology, methodology, and resource issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop short- and long-range plans for application development, maintenance, deployment, and production support.
- Monitor sprint completion, carryover, blocker age, quality, security, and Product Owner acceptance.
- Ensure delivery of secure, tested, documented, and accepted software increments.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum six years of relevant project or technical program management experience.
- At least one of the following certifications:
-AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
-AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
- Certified ScrumMaster
- Professional Scrum Master I, II, or III
- Advanced Certified ScrumMaster
- Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster

- Preferred: Experience managing AWS-based software-development programs.
