Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
  • Experience in machine learning platforms and systems with knowledge of design and deployment of these systems.
  • Understanding of the software stack.
  • Excellent engineering program management skills, with the ability to successfully drive and land complex cross-functional programs in infrastructure efficiency in the area of compute, storage, and ML hardware/software resource efficiency programs for the data center.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Lead large cross-cutting programs within infrastructure products and services.
  • Develop strong partnerships with engineering and the Google product area, and deliver software products and services.
  • Drive the delivery of software products while understanding reliability and efficiency tradeoffs, and customer adoption at scale.
  • Scale the engineering program management function for the Compute infrastructure and Spatial Flex Program Management Office (PMO) team to address the highest priority needs of the business.
