Preferred qualifications:- 8 years of experience leading large-scale engineering projects, preferably across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Understanding of safety, alignment and other alignment related topics in ML.
- Understanding of ML/AI principles and their distinctions from traditional software development.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced program execution and deliveries.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $256,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
