Role Scope- Drive programs across the production engineering org: fleet tooling rollouts, reliability initiatives, and cross-site standards.
- Run the cadence between production engineering, data center operations, and software teams so fixes ship fleet-wide instead of site by site.
- Own escalations from live sites through root cause to closed corrective action.
- Build the reporting that tells leadership where the fleet actually stands.

- You've run technical programs across infrastructure or operations engineering teams.
- You've taken incidents to root cause and driven the fix across every affected system.
- You keep a dozen workstreams moving and know which one is about to slip.
- You're fluent enough technically to challenge an engineer's estimate and be right sometimes.
- You write the update leadership actually reads.
- Bonus: Data center or fleet operations. SQL and dashboarding. Incident management systems. Hardware-software interface programs.
