Full Job Description
About the Role

The Technical Program Manager - Product Launch is responsible for leading a product from conceptual design through launch and into high-volume manufacturing. This role drives execution across every phase of the product lifecycle, ensuring teams are aligned, milestones are met, and risks are proactively managed.

As the glue across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Licensing, and Construction, this person brings structure to complexity and momentum to cross-functional efforts. They will lead readiness tracking, issue resolution, change management, and execution planning while balancing internal priorities and external requirements.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, applies first-principles thinking to solve hard problems, and builds strong relationships to move programs forward. No challenge is too large or too small - success in this role requires persistence, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a bias for action.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Identify program risks - including new technologies, conflicting requirements, schedule, budget, and staffing challenges; and proactively drive mitigation plans
  • Bring clarity to strategy and execution by aligning cross-functional teams around priorities, milestones, and decision points
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with DOE, NRC, national laboratories, commercial partners, and other external entities
  • Facilitate make-versus-buy decisions using manufacturing, supply chain, cost, and schedule inputs
  • Lead change management across design and manufacturing
  • Drive issue resolution across design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning
  • Support strategic planning across program phases, resources, and dependencies
  • Track and communicate program progress, while proactively identifying and removing roadblocks
