What you will do
Execution & Delivery - Drive cross-functional programs from scoping to launch - Define milestones, manage timelines, track dependencies - Unblock teams and escalate risks proactively
Technical Coordination - Translate between engineering and business stakeholders - Understand technical trade-offs to make informed prioritization calls - Own technical roadmaps and release plans
Process & Communication - Run planning ceremonies (kickoffs, reviews, retrospectives) - Maintain status updates and program documentation - Ensure alignment across eng, product, design, and leadership
Risk Management - Identify and mitigate schedule, scope, and technical risks early - Track open issues and drive them to resolution
Stakeholder Management - Be the single point of contact for program-level questions - Communicate upward to leadership on health/status

Strong Scrum practitioner - must be able to run sprints end-to-end (sprint planning, backlog grooming, story pointing, standups, retros) and hold engineering teams accountable to velocity and delivery commitments
Proficiency in both English/Chinese is required
