Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will partner with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical programs and projects.
- Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to align priorities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and status reports.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive mitigation strategies.
- Track program progress, budgets, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional meetings.
- Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular executive updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing large-scale technical programs involving multiple teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, microservices, system architecture, and software engineering concepts.
- Experience with risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications:- PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe, or Agile certifications.
- Experience leading cloud migration, digital transformation, or enterprise software implementation projects.
- MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
