Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will partner with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical programs and projects.
  • Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to align priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and status reports.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Track program progress, budgets, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular executive updates.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
