The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to optimize the entire technical delivery life-cycle, from design through deployment, to ensure faster throughput, improved resource utilization, and predictable outcomes.
- Advocate programs that incorporate automation, data analytics, and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities to simplify routine operations, reduce manual intervention, and increase overall system resilience.
- Oversee critical cross-functional engagements, including those with third-party vendors, ensuring aligned delivery, monitoring, and clear escalation paths for mission-critical services.
- Develop clear, data-driven reports on program status, risks, budget utilization, and impact against organizational scalability goals, presenting findings to leadership.
- Define and deliver new capability to improve overall fleet health and performance across critical metrics like availability, time to repair, and labor requirements.
