Responsibilities - Collaborate with partners to streamline how deployment processes are built, maintained, and transformed over time including conducting technical process definition and analysis sessions with business subject matter experts.
- Maintain a relationship with reporting and analytics for performance metrics.
- Plan how and where the new tooling should be applied in existing workflows and works through the business reasoning.
- Communicate health, status, and actions to stakeholders including management and partner organizations.
- Identify and assess continuous improvement opportunities via qualitative feedback from subject matter experts (SMEs) and process data to drive informed decision making.
