Preferred qualifications:- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience launching consumer-facing products across Android, iOS, and web platforms.
- Experience with tracking performance metrics through user testing to validate and inform the user experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of machine learning modeling techniques and production of ML/AI techniques.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate with business stakeholders at all levels, across various Google functions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end execution of major programs. Define scope, establish program governance, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery by bringing structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous initiatives.
- Drive alignment with key stakeholders across product, engineering, design, and other partners by acting as a central communication hub. Guide decision-making by clearly articulating program status, risks, and trade-offs.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to program goals and schedules. Drive the resolution of blockers and critical issues, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.
- Orchestrate complex projects across multiple teams, expertly managing dependencies to ensure a cohesive execution strategy where all contributions are seamlessly integrated.
- Improve team effectiveness by driving enhancements to our operational processes and program management frameworks, implementing best practices that increase velocity and predictability.
