Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project or program management.
- Experience applying project controls principles (e.g., cost, schedule, scope, and risk management).
- Experience delivering utility infrastructure projects, including power, water, and roadways.
Preferred qualifications: - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working in the data center sector or related mission-critical industries.
- Track record of successfully leading large cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities - Be accountable for the cost, schedule, and change reporting of all utility infrastructure projects within your designated region.
- Ensure the timely escalation of all project issues to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain the accuracy of and updates to project-level data within enterprise project management tools.
- Handle regional planning and forecasting to contribute to a global infrastructure capital plan.
- Engage collaboratively with stakeholders to document, maintain, and improve existing project controls processes.
