What you will doExxonMobil Global Projects seeks a highly experienced Cost & Schedule Advisor (10+ years) to support delivery of world-class capital projects through expert estimating, planning, and project controls. This senior role provides technical validation and assurance from early estimating through full project funding, ensuring cost and schedule estimates are robust, aligned, and risk-informed. You will evaluate project plans and schedules, identify risks and opportunities, and advise stakeholders to strengthen execution, capital efficiency, and decision-making. Ideal candidates bring deep experience on large, complex global projects and can quickly assess gaps, influence outcomes, and improve project assurance processes.

- Demonstrated technical and/or leadership capability
