Job Description:

Manage a team of 20+ IT professionals supporting O&M for on-prem network and related services, while in parallel building a new software stack.

Role can be in McLean, VA or Chantilly, VA.

Here's what you'll need:
  • 10+ years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the following areas:
    • Demonstrated ability to perform all managerial functions for program including hiring, forecasting, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client management.
    • Leading complex IT projects with 15+ employees.
    • Agile Program Management.
    • Client communication and management.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Network Infrastructure and Software Development experience.
  • CISSP, Network+, PMP certifications.
  • IC Customer experience.

Security clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.
