Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Formal territorial designation (E.g. CSP, CRSP, NEBOSH).
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing large-scale global programs within high-complexity infrastructure environments (e.g., Data Centers, Energy, or Heavy Industrial).
- Experience in EHS program management, construction safety leadership, or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Embed Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements into the Front End Planning (FeP), Pre-Constrction and third-party Construction workflow, ensuring that safety and environmental compliance are core drivers of project readiness and speed of delivery.
- Establish global EHS standards for master planning and schematic design across all applicable Data Center envelopes, ensuring consistent risk mitigation from the earliest conceptual stages.
- Partner with all Construction team members to define and implement scalable compliance frameworks that address complex regulatory landscapes for all project portfolios.
- Architect and implement standardized EHS support models across the various project portfolios, clarifying roles and responsibilities between Google, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Lead high-level EHS risk evaluation during planning phases to proactively identify and mitigate catastrophic risks (e.g., environmental hazards, utility constraints) before project kick-off, ensuring the proper EHS resourcing is allocated.
