  • Embed Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements into the Front End Planning (FeP), Pre-Constrction and third-party Construction workflow, ensuring that safety and environmental compliance are core drivers of project readiness and speed of delivery.
  • Establish global EHS standards for master planning and schematic design across all applicable Data Center envelopes, ensuring consistent risk mitigation from the earliest conceptual stages.
  • Partner with all Construction team members to define and implement scalable compliance frameworks that address complex regulatory landscapes for all project portfolios.
  • Architect and implement standardized EHS support models across the various project portfolios, clarifying roles and responsibilities between Google, developers, and third-party vendors.
  • Lead high-level EHS risk evaluation during planning phases to proactively identify and mitigate catastrophic risks (e.g., environmental hazards, utility constraints) before project kick-off, ensuring the proper EHS resourcing is allocated.
