Job Title: Technical Program Manager - Cloud Platforms & Agile Delivery

Rate: 70 to 75 CAD PH

Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex cloud transformation initiatives for a leading enterprise in the media and entertainment technology space. This role will drive cross-functional program execution across engineering, product management, and UX teams while enabling scalable delivery on a cloud platform in an Agile environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in aligning technical execution, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence across distributed teams working on enterprise-grade digital entertainment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-organizational technical programs through outcome-driven planning, dependency management, and execution tracking
• Lead delivery planning activities with engineering leadership, product teams, and UX stakeholders
• Execute program governance practices, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management
• Monitor program execution metrics and communicate delivery progress, milestones, and operational updates to leadership teams
• Support software engineering teams by removing delivery impediments and optimizing execution workflows
• Guide technical solution delivery from design through implementation across cloud platform initiatives
• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives across development, operations, and delivery functions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Kaizen principles
• Maintain alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and product leadership throughout program lifecycles
• Ensure transparency, operational rigor, and execution excellence across multiple concurrent initiatives

Must-Have Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related technology leadership roles
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs
• Strong experience working directly with software development teams in Agile environments
• Demonstrated understanding of distributed systems, cloud services, and cloud platforms
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering teams, product managers, business leaders, and designers
• Strong program planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation capabilities
• Expertise in program status reporting, executive presentations, and written stakeholder communications
• Hands-on experience driving delivery process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
• PMP Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience leading technical programs for cloud-based products and platforms
• Familiarity with system design principles and data analytics
• Knowledge of the media and Entertainment industry workflows and technologies
• Familiarity with VFX, film, or television production products
• Experience driving Agile program delivery initiatives for enterprise-scale organizations
• Exposure to automation initiatives across software delivery and operational processes
