This role is pivotal in driving enterprise automation initiatives from opportunity assessment through to production deployment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional program leadership, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of AI-driven automation solutions. What You'll Do: Automation Strategy & Portfolio Management Define the automation roadmap and delivery pipeline aligned with business goals. Establish governance, intake, prioritization, and delivery frameworks. Stakeholder & Program Leadership Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and risk escalation. Align business sponsors, architects, and delivery teams to ensure project success. Delivery Governance Oversee the delivery of Agentic AI and UiPath automation projects. Track program risks, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure timely delivery. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and architectural standards. Facilitate a smooth transition from implementation to support. Technical Leadership Manage multiple AI and automation programs concurrently. Coordinate efforts across Business, IT, Security, DevOps, and Operations teams. Resolve technical blockers and ensure successful releases. Solution Discovery & Assessment Collaborate with Process Analysts and Offshore Architects on solution design and feasibility. Evaluate process suitability for UiPath RPA, Agent Builder, Document Understanding, Human-in-the-Loop, and AI-powered automation solutions. Mandatory Skills: 12-15 years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, Automation, or Technology Delivery. 5+ years managing enterprise-scale automation programs. Proven experience delivering UiPath-based automation initiatives. Experience leading global onshore/offshore teams. Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and reporting. Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI principles. UiPath certification is required. Preferred Skills: Experience with Document Understanding / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP/IXP). Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
