Staff FDE (IC): deep technical authority across engagements. Engagement Lead (Mgmt): runs a portfolio 2 or more workstreams/PODs, manages 3-6 FDEs, owns outcomes.

What You'll Do: - IC: own the hardest problems - agent architectures, eval frameworks, COBOLJava target-state; align with Enterprise Architecture
- IC: set cross-program technical strategy and reference architectures
- Mgmt: own scope, staffing, demand forecasting, BCP and delivery governance (RAG, KPIs)
- Mgmt: own client satisfaction and project health Architecture proficiency; target-state design (PCFGCP, COBOLJava, IBM MQKafka)
