Job Description:

Shield AI is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Digital Sustainment to own the evolution of a maintenance information system. This system is the digital backbone of sustainment, enabling maintenance execution, fleet readiness visibility, and integration across engineering, supply chain, and operations.

You will translate complex sustainment workflows into scalable software systems, ensuring the platform supports real world maintenance operations and distributed, mission driven environments.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for maintenance information systems platform

  • Design and deliver maintenance workflows (tasking, planning, scheduling, approvals)
  • >
  • Own maintenance data models to enable condition-based maintenance (CBM+) and predictive analytics
  • >
  • Develop fleet readiness computation and decision-support capabilities (MC/NMC/PMC + drivers)
  • >
  • Define and manage system integrations across supply chain, engineering, and aircraft systems
  • >
  • Define access control, roles, and authority models for maintenance and operational decisions
  • >
  • Ensure the platform supports disconnected/edge operations with sync and conflict resolution

  • Drive adoption of digital workflows and reduce reliance on manual or fragmented systems

Required qualifications:
