Full Job Description
About the role

As a Technical Product Manager/Operator, you will be a member of a high-performing cohort of other Product Managers and/or Architects. You will be responsible for delivering on the department's vision for a segment of the product line that we are responsible for. You will bring to the job your knowledge of modern product management disciplines and techniques; a broad and ideally somewhat deep knowledge of technical domains-whether software, data, networks, or systems; and the ability to thrive in an environment with both autonomy and accountability to department and company goals.

The functional focus of the department is improving the customer experience. We achieve this by building tools to increase efficiency, accelerating the implementation of our PS department, and making the support experience fast, efficient, and effective. This directly improves the customer experience. We are occasionally tasked with delivering a true customer-facing product, especially those related to data and process integration with third parties and our customers.

A typical day will include...
  • Owning product discovery, including ROI analysis, prototyping, and other product management best practices
  • Being a vocal advocate to the department's Senior Vice President and Senior Director for areas of innovation in which we should invest
  • Managing the roadmap and delivery schedule
  • Working daily with a POD team consisting of two to three engineers, leveraging their strong functional and business knowledge. Together, the team will own the outcome.
  • Performing, duties traditionally typical of a Product Owner or Delivery Manager. We are rapidly adopting a flexible model that takes the traditional role boundaries to meet the current moment of AI innovation and disruption. This includes taking on responsibilities beyond a traditional Product Manager role, embracing cross-functional ownership.

This role is a fit for you if...
  • Have 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Solution Architecture, Technical Delivery, or a similar technical role.
  • Enjoy building internal platforms and operational tools that improve business efficiency and ultimately enhance the customer experience, rather than focusing exclusively on customer-facing products.
  • Thrive in highly collaborative, technical environments where you partner closely with engineers, embrace ambiguity, and take ownership from product discovery through delivery.

Additional Information: Ideally, candidates will be based near one of our office locations or team hubs in Boston, MA, or St. Louis, MO, to support in-person collaboration and team meetings as needed.

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,594 - $125,467. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual target bonus & a comprehensive benefits package.
