Full Job Description
Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of HyperView, Siemens' structural simulation results visualization and post-processing solution. HyperView enables engineers across automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors to efficiently interpret large-scale finite element analysis (FEA) data and derive actionable insights.

In this role, you will focus on advancing HyperView as an industry-leading post-processor, delivering powerful and intuitive workflows for results exploration, comparison, reporting, and automation. You will work closely with development teams, UX designers, and domain experts to define and deliver capabilities that set the benchmark for structural simulation post-processing.

You will own the product direction across the full lifecycle, from concept and development through release and long-term evolution. This role is best suited for candidates with strong hands-on experience in structural simulation or CAE workflows who are passionate about shaping the next generation of simulation post-processing tools. You will also collaborate across the broader Siemens simulation portfolio to ensure HyperView integrates seamlessly with solver technologies, simulation workflows, and emerging digital engineering platforms

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for HyperView, with a focus on advancing FEA results post-processing and visualization workflows.
  • Engage directly with customers, domain experts, and internal stakeholders to understand evolving simulation practices, pain points, and emerging technology trends.
  • Translate user needs into clear feature definitions and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering and UX teams to deliver high-performance, scalable visualization solutions for large structural models.
  • Drive user experience improvements that simplify analysis and decision-making for simulation engineers.
  • Partner with product marketing and sales teams to support product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor capabilities, and emerging visualization technologies to guide future product direction.
  • Help define and track key product success metrics, including adoption, customer satisfaction, and portfolio impact.
  • Communicate product priorities, plans, and progress effectively across global teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering; degrees in Aerospace Engineering or related structural/mechanics disciplines will also be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in CAE software, structural simulation, or product management roles supporting FEA workflows.
  • Strong understanding of FEA principles, structural analysis workflows, and post-processing of simulation results (e.g., stress, strain, durability, dynamics).
  • Proven track record collaborating with software engineering teams to deliver engineering or scientific applications, ideally in the CAE domain.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex simulation needs into clear product requirements and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with structural FEA tools and post-processors (e.g., HyperView, Abaqus CAE, Ansys, ANSA).
  • Knowledge of FEA solvers such as OptiStruct, Nastran, LS-DYNA, Abaqus, or Radioss.
  • Background in automotive or aerospace engineering, with exposure to simulation-driven product development.
  • Customer-facing experience working with simulation engineers to capture requirements, validate workflows, and drive product adoption.

This position is open to candidates across US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Europe and India.
