Job Description

We are seeking a highly collaborative and strategically minded Technical Product Manager (TPM) to own the product vision, roadmap, and execution of our enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. In this role, you will act as the pivotal bridge between engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders and our technical implementation teams. You will own the lifecycle of our Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform capabilities, with a heavy focus on Bill of Materials (BOM) Management and Enterprise Change Management (ECM).

Responsibilities include the end-to-end ownership of PLM product strategy and delivery, from roadmap definition through production release, working within mixed-skill Agile teams and in close partnership with engineering architects, Scrum Masters, and global business stakeholders. By leveraging a rare blend of business acumen and deep technical familiarity with the 3DX ecosystem-specifically ITEROP BPM and NETVIBES-you will translate complex business needs into high-value product roadmaps, clear user stories, and technical requirements that drive measurable operational efficiency at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and communicate the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, aligning PLM capabilities with global engineering and manufacturing strategies
  • Establish, track, and report on key product metrics (KPIs) to measure the value, adoption, and operational efficiency of delivered PLM capabilities
  • Conduct continuous benchmarking and research on 3DEXPERIENCE out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities to minimize custom development and maximize platform value
  • Lead cross-functional discovery workshops with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing to capture business requirements and pain points
  • Translate complex business processes into clear, actionable Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria within an Agile/Scrum framework
  • Prioritize the product backlog continuously, balancing technical debt, platform upgrades, and new feature requests to maximize business value per sprint
  • Define product requirements for Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM), Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM), and Variant/Configuration Management
  • Drive the product strategy for global Enterprise Change Management (ECM), ensuring seamless change execution (CR/CA/CO) across cross-functional teams
  • Partner with technical architects to ensure that product structures support downstream ERP, MES, and supply chain consumption
  • Own the product requirements for cross-system workflow orchestration, defining how PLM interacts with external enterprise applications via ITEROP BPM
  • Guide the deployment strategy for ITEROP BPM to automate end-to-end business workflows, ensuring processes remain lean, standardized, and compliant with BPMN 2.0 standards
  • Collaborate with integration teams to define requirements for API-led connectivity and middleware orchestration
  • Define product requirements for enterprise search, part standardization, and duplicate reduction using NETVIBES OnePart
  • Partner with business leaders to design search-based applications and NETVIBES executive dashboards that surface real-time KPIs and actionable operational insights
  • Partner with Scrum Masters, Architects, and QA Leads to plan release cycles, manage dependencies, and mitigate execution risks
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensuring delivered features meet defined acceptance criteria and business expectations
  • Champion organizational change management (OCM) efforts, overseeing the creation of training materials, release notes, and user-adoption programs
  • Thrive in an Agile development environment, collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and cross-functional business stakeholders

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform (version 2022x or later preferred), including BOM Management and Change Management roles
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus among diverse, cross-functional, and global stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple, business-oriented terms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced Agile environment

Required Technical Experience:
  • Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), or equivalent backlog management systems
  • Proven experience defining workflow requirements and managing implementations utilizing ITEROP or similar BPM platforms
  • Experience defining requirements for enterprise search, analytics, or semantic data indexing solutions (ideally NETVIBES)
  • Ability to understand technical architecture diagrams, database schemas, REST APIs, and integration patterns well enough to challenge technical teams and make informed trade-offs
  • Deep knowledge of BOM structures (EBOM/MBOM), Engineering Change Management (CR/CA/CO), and PLM data governance principles

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in highly regulated, complex discrete manufacturing industries (e.g., Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Equipment)
  • Familiarity with ERP, MES, and supply chain systems and their integration with PLM platforms
  • Experience with BPMN 2.0 standards and process modeling tools
