We partner closely with product, engineering, and operations teams across the company to reduce risk while enabling innovation and great customer experiences.
As a Technical Product Manager focused on AI-driven vulnerability management, you will lead the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle discovery, triage, prioritization, and remediation using AI-powered tools and automation to improve accuracy and reduce mean time to remediation (MTTR). What you will accomplish:
  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for AI/ML-driven vulnerability management, improving detection quality, reducing false positives, and shortening MTTR across eBay's platforms.
  • Coordinate the full vulnerability lifecycle from intake and triage through prioritization and remediation ensuring critical issues are addressed quickly and systematically.
  • Partner with security architects, platform engineers, developers, and operations teams to embed secure design and vulnerability considerations into next-generation platforms and services.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, technical engineers, developers, and product managers to keep vulnerability initiatives on track, aligned to business priorities, and measurable in their impact.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting that provide leadership with clear, actionable, business-aligned risk metrics and trends.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, piloting new AI tools and approaches, and sharing best practices that advance eBay's overall security posture.

What you will bring:
  • Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or technical program/project management, with a proven track record leading complex cross-organizational security initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML or general AI tools to vulnerability management problems such as detection, triage, prioritization, and remediation workflows.
  • Strong familiarity with common security and workflow tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Wiz, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical risk into clear narratives and documentation for both technical and executive audiences, including dashboards and written reports.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in security operations or closely related domains, with strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and influence.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, working across time zones and teams, with flexibility to support critical security events as needed.
