Job Requirements 🚨 Hiring: Technical Program Manager- PGMP Certified
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager / Fraud Delivery Lead to provide end-to-end technology oversight and delivery for large-scale Fraud technology programs and initiatives.
📍 Location: Irving, TX or Tampa, FL
🎯 Experience: 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
Certification: PGMP required
Key Requirements- 8+ years of project/program management experience within an application support or technology environment
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs using Agile and Hybrid methodologies
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong technical understanding of Microservices, APIs, REST/SOAP, On-Prem and Cloud environments
- Experience defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Strong requirement gathering and delivery management experience across multiple large development initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence technical and business decisions while balancing stakeholder needs and program objectives
- Experience partnering with engineering, technology teams, service providers, and vendors
- Ability to leverage AI tools for day-to-day program management activities
- PMP, CSM, ACP certifications are a plus
Fraud Delivery Lead Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end technology oversight and delivery for Fraud projects and initiatives
- Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Fraud book of work
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate program-level risks and issues
- Establish and monitor success metrics
- Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to make informed business and technical trade-off decisions
- Coordinate across multiple technology teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
- Analyze existing system logic, identify gaps/issues, and drive appropriate technology enhancements and solutions
