Your Role
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong leadership, communication, and hands-on technical expertise to lead onsite and offshore development teams. This role requires close collaboration with clients, technical stakeholders, third-party vendors, and distributed teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor development teams across onsite and offshore locations.
- Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and third-party vendors to drive successful project delivery.
- Conceptualize and implement technical solutions aligned with evolving technology landscapes.
- Design and develop scalable web applications and enterprise-grade solutions.
- Participate throughout the SDLC, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Solve complex technical challenges and provide troubleshooting and performance optimization solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Manage priorities, milestones, and project deliverables effectively.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $82,082 to $193,440
