About the job you're consideringCapgemini is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM Test and Release Manager to join our Engineering and Digital Transformation team. As a PLM Test and Release Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, stability, and successful deployment of solutions within the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform. You will lead end-to-end testing and release management activities, collaborating closely with clients, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality releases. More importantly, you will leverage AI-driven approaches to improve testing efficiency, risk identification, release predictability, and intelligent quality assurance reporting
Your Role- Lead end-to-end testing for 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform implementations and enhancements.
- Develop and manage test strategies, plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, Regression, and Smoke Testing activities.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and release objectives.
- Drive defect management, prioritization, resolution, and quality assurance governance.
- Leverage AI-assisted testing for test optimization, defect analysis, risk-based testing, and quality forecasting.
- Own and manage the end-to-end release management lifecycle across all environments.
- Coordinate release schedules, deployments, risk mitigation, readiness reviews, and post-release validation.
- Utilize AI/ML tools for release risk assessment, dependency tracking, deployment monitoring, and predictive insights.
- Manage stakeholder communications, reporting, dashboards, quality metrics, and cross-functional issue resolution.
Your Skills and Experience- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Test Management, Quality Assurance, and Release Management within enterprise application environments
- PLM & 3DEXPERIENCE Expertise (3DX platform, PLM processes, product lifecycle management)
- Test Management & Quality Assurance (test strategy, SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, test automation)
- Release Management & Deployment Governance (release planning, deployment coordination, change management, release readiness)
- Stakeholder & Program Coordination (cross-functional team leadership, client engagement, executive reporting, risk management)
- Defect & Issue Management (root cause analysis, issue prioritization, risk mitigation, escalation management)
- Project Delivery & Agile Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, sprint planning, release planning)
- AI/ML & Advanced Quality Engineering (predictive analytics, intelligent testing, AI-assisted defect analysis, release risk prediction, automated dashboards)
- Reporting & Governance (quality metrics, KPI tracking, release reporting, compliance and audit readiness)
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$82,082 - $193,440/Year
