Your first assignment is to lead the build that replaces a federal agency's legacy fee-management system, standing up CGI Momentum and the LogicNets decision engine to automate fee verification, invoicing, and refunds. You own the technical design and steer a small team. The work is real, hard, and it matters. What you'll build • A working financial platform on CGI Momentum, with LogicNets decision trees that encode the rules for verifying fees and invoices and issuing refunds. • The connective tissue that makes it one system: web services and application programming interfaces (APIs), Open Database Connectivity (ODBC), and SQL, aligned to the US Standard General Ledger (USSGL). • In time, the firm itself: new capabilities, tools, and lines of business you help spin up. Who you are You are a financial-systems builder who leads from the front, and you hold a high bar for accuracy. You have carried federal implementations to production. You experiment, fail, learn, and repeat quickly. You would rather own an outcome than be handed a task. What you bring • Deep, hands-on CGI Momentum implementation, from Financials module configuration to data structures. • The rules-and-integration craft around it: LogicNets decision design plus web services, ODBC, and SQL on MS SQL Server. • The judgment to lead a build in a regulated environment where accuracy and auditability are not optional. What you'll need U.S. citizenship (this initial engagement may be staffed by U.S. citizens only) and the ability to obtain a Public Trust determination. This is a hybrid role based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and it requires commuting into DC regularly.
