  • Identify and run technical dependencies, risks, and integration challenges.
  • Facilitate technical reviews and drive alignment across systems and technology domains.
  • Ensure solutions follow architecture, security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support operational excellence through monitoring and support readiness.
  • Seek opportunities to improve system interoperability, automation, scalability, and overall platform performance.
  • Provide day-to-day technical direction and mentorship to integration developers, engineers, and delivery partners, fostering consistent technical practices and skill growth across the team.
  • Define, track, and report integration performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., interface reliability, system uptime, throughput, defect rates), communicating status, trends, and risks to leadership through dashboards and structured reviews.
  • Lead the delivery methodology and cadence for integration workstreams, operating within CRM Agile/Scrum or SAFe ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) to ensure predictable, transparent, and well-governed delivery.
  • Serve as the functional SME for Employer and FRM capabilities, partnering with business stakeholders to identify process opportunities, define future-state requirements, and prioritize delivery roadmaps.
  • Drive solution design and platform strategy by influencing Veeva CRM configuration designs, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches while partnering with developers and architects to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Own requirements management, backlog prioritization, testing strategy, release readiness, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure successful adoption and ongoing platform optimization.
  • Lead innovation and operational excellence by driving root cause analysis, identifying AI opportunities, and building scalable, reusable AI agents.
