Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in technical implementation or integration engineering, preferably in SaaS or marketplace sectors.
• Deep technical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data transformation, and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Expertise in executing data migrations without user disruption and ensuring data integrity.
• Ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple projects and sustain stakeholder communication.
• Proactive problem solver who identifies gaps in processes and addresses them independently.
• Adaptable with a startup mentality, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical onboarding and migration for new hosts from contract signing to live platform integration.
• Act as the key technical liaison for hosts during onboarding, managing setup, configuration, and integrations.
• Develop host-specific integration solutions utilizing APIs and scripting while simplifying technical jargon for clients.
• Lead migration initiatives from other platforms, ensuring data fidelity and smooth transitions for hosts.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation and standard operating procedures to optimize time-to-live.
• Communicate recurring technical challenges to Product and Engineering teams, representing host needs during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Success Managers to ensure efficient transition to ongoing support once hosts are activated.
