Responsibilities

• Own the success of the client's event program and its overall performance.
• Lead projects focused on platform implementation, integrations, and operational improvements.
• Translate client needs into concise technical and operational requirements.
• Manage project plans, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate activities across multiple departments such as Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Partner with Event Managers to ensure successful execution of events and strategies.
• Identify recurring issues in the program and design scalable, long-term solutions.
• Drive the adoption of Planned's platform and standardized workflows.
