In this role, you will collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, and Vendor partners to translate creative concepts into precise, production-ready technical specification packages and 3D CAD models. You will be responsible for defining construction, fit, tolerance, hardware specifications, and quality standards, ensuring brand consistency and product excellence across all accessory categories.

Your Impact

Technical Design & 3D Modeling

  • Develop comprehensive Tech Packs (including spec sheets, bill of materials, exploded views, hardware callouts, and dimensional tolerances)

  • Bridge soft-goods technical design with hard-goods industrial engineering to evaluate function, ergonomics, aesthetic intent, and durability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Act as a collaborative functional expert and brand guardian for all accessory categories, supporting cross-functional partners in Design, Merchants, Sourcing, QA, and Raw Materials.
  • Partner closely with Senior Desing lead, Design Director and overseas vendors/factories to resolve complex engineering, construction, or manufacturing challenges.

  • Evaluate prototype samples against design intent, leading fitting/review sessions and delivering clear technical callouts via digital images, CAD updates, and detailed comments.

Quality, Standards & Workflow

  • Establish fit, sizing, material, and quality standards to ensure product performance and consistency across all categories.
  • Analyze wear test and quality assurance results to recommend structural, functional, and fit enhancements.

  • Identify potential production, costing, or manufacturing risks early in the development cycle and proactively offer innovative technical solutions.
