The Business Architecture team is part of the Global Wealth, Banking & Markets Technology Group (GWBMT). We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with experience in wealth management, business systems (for example, portfolio management or CRM platforms), data analysis, and Agile delivery to support the design and delivery of data solutions that help improve business processes and decision-making.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Support the analysis, documentation, and validation of business needs to resolve problems and identify opportunities for process and data improvement.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business lines, countries, and external delivery partners to gather requirements, support priority discussions, and translate business objectives into clear functional requirements and actionable outcomes.
  • Support Data Analysis and Mapping: Define and support data collection, analysis, transformation, mapping, modelling, prototyping, and referential integrity requirements needed to deliver data products that meet business and reporting needs.
  • Understand Business Processes and Workflows: Analyze business processes, system flows, and operating requirements across people, processes, and technology to support the development of effective workflows and process documentation.
  • Support Quality Delivery: Apply attention to detail and work closely with development and quality assurance teams to help ensure requirements are clear, testable, and delivered with quality.
  • Contribute Ideas for Improvement: Suggest practical solutions and alternatives to stakeholders to support effective process and implementation.


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • 2+ years of practical business analysis experience within a wealth management firm, working on medium-to-large-scale projects.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including documenting business requirements and collaborating across multiple teams. Fluency in Spanish is considered a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Workflow Mapping: Ability to understand business workflows and document them using workflow tools (MS Visio).
  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts; prior experience supporting AUM, fee, or CRM reporting is an asset. Strong curiosity and motivation to investigate, learn, and deepen knowledge in these areas is critical.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis: Ability to understand data structures, query databases (SQL), and analyze and map data to support business needs.
  • Flexibility and Accountability: Ability to prioritize and work across multiple initiatives as a team member to deliver assigned tasks on time and with quality.
  • Agile Experience: A solid understanding and demonstrated ability to deliver projects and products in an Agile manner (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and analytics tools.
