Functional Architect - Product Delivery
Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Functional Architect specializing in Product Delivery to lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in managing complex product delivery architectures, ensuring scalability, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement functional architectures for product delivery systems that align with the organization’s strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and business stakeholders, to identify and address system requirements.
  • Drive the integration of innovative technologies into existing product delivery frameworks to improve scalability and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, promoting best practices in architecture design and project execution. Conduct regular assessments of current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in functional architecture and product delivery, with a strong track record of success in similar roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices in system design, integration, and scalability.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects within tight deadlines.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000 -$140,000 CAD (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
