Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across AI/ML, Responsible AI, DevOps, QA, and platform engineering.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a passion for innovation in cloud-native and AI-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive technical architecture and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to translate vision into execution.
- Mentor technical leads across AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and platform engineering domains.
- Oversee implementation quality, enforce code standards, and ensure solution governance.
- Manage technical risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Champion best practices in AI/ML engineering, agentic AI workflows, and automation.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
- Proven leadership in cloud-native and AI/ML environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI and Responsible AI frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience designing and implementing microservices and large-scale system architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud security, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with agentic AI workflows and enterprise-scale AI transformation projects.
- Exposure to Five9 or similar contact center platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead innovation initiatives and mentor cross-functional teams.
