Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, particularly with IBM TRIRIGA customization and support.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2019 and SQL Server 2019.
• Proficient in IBM WebSphere Liberty and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiar with Federal IT security frameworks such as NIST and HHSAR.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic architectural guidance for updates and migrations of the TRIRIGA platform.
• Maintain the IFMS Application Run Book for system management tasks such as restarts and failovers.
• Support security assessments, accreditation processes, and compliance with System Security Plans.
• Oversee code promotion across various environments including Development, Test/QA, and Production.
