**HYBRID/REMOTE WITH 2 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE IN DC**

JOB SUMMARY

Corvus Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our team. This position focuses on systems analysis, querying various data systems, performing ETL, and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. The Technical Analyst will play a critical role in supporting legal and operational teams within the US Department of Justice (USDOJ), running complex queries, creating interactive dashboards, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT systems, data analytics, and experience working with large databases. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with management, senior data analysts, and legal teams to gather system requirements, analyze data flows, and identify potential optimizations.
  • Support the migration of different file and media types between legacy and modern systems.
  • Create detailed reports and interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to assist USDOJ teams in decision-making.
  • Perform advanced analytics and automation using SQL and Python.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance to support the operational needs of the organization.
  • Work closely under the supervision of a senior data analyst with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and operational teams, to ensure systems meet business and regulatory requirements.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications include:
  • Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data, Statistics, or IT related field
  • At least 5 years' experience performing data analysis
  • At least one (3) year's hands-on experience working with Oracle OR Relativity
  • Experience processing both standard data types and special data formats that may be proprietary, mobile devices, social media, forensic images, audio/video, etc.
  • Have advanced understanding of SQL and PL/SQL
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work onsite 2 days per week in DC


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Legal IT such as privilege review, litigation data support, or eDiscovery.
  • Understanding of legal terminology and processes
  • Experience with US Government contracts
