  • Analyze front-to-back deal workflows across origination, qualification, structuring, approvals, onboarding, execution, booking, servicing, revenue attribution, and profitability reporting.
  • Turn business needs, product concepts, controls, data requirements, and process improvements into practical user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and technical deliverables.
  • Identify bottlenecks, control gaps, data-quality issues, and opportunities to simplify, automate, standardize, and improve time-to-revenue.
  • Create clear, high-quality documentation including process flows, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, data mappings, technical specifications, and system interaction details.
  • Work with Product Owners, developers, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders to refine the backlog, clarify scope, size work, prioritize features, and keep delivery aligned to sprint and release goals.
  • Translate complex business and technical needs into well-structured Agile artifacts, including user journeys, process flows, story maps, dependency maps, testable acceptance criteria, and definition-of-ready / definition-of-done inputs.
  • Support solution design across custom applications, APIs, integrations, data models, workflow orchestration, security, access controls, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Use SQL or similar tools to profile data, validate mappings, investigate exceptions, support reconciliations, and confirm business readiness across upstream and downstream processes.
  • Help drive Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, UAT planning, defect triage, release readiness, stakeholder communications, training, and post-implementation validation.

  • Working knowledge of banking products such as corporate lending, syndicated lending, advisory, DCM, ECM, GTB, payments, trade finance, FX, derivatives, prime services, or securities services.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, story writing, acceptance criteria, process analysis, SDLC, APIs, integrations, data flows, SQL-based analysis, reconciliation, testing, and validation.
