Full Job Description
We are seeking a Tech Specialist 3 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

Responsibilities

  • Interface regularly with customers, partner teams, key stakeholders and technical experts.
  • Coordinating security system refresh projects on a global scale and across all geographies within the project scope and timeline.
  • Mitigate project constraints according to each region - (AMER, APAC, EMEA).
  • Ensure compliance with regional and local regulations.
  • Execute project deliverables with minimal business disruptions.
  • Schedule and document meetings to include points discussed and action items related to the project(s) assigned.
  • Document and schedule project activities to include technical details.
  • Coordinate efforts with project location stakeholders, partner teams and installation teams.
  • Coordinate logistics of project materials across all project geographies including shipping details, movements and receiving.
  • Track and report project progress through the life of the project.
  • On-call requirement for project escalations during execution of an installation.
  • Create, review and submit completion and commissioning reports.
  • Manage all risks through the life of the project and communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Build and manage deployment schedules and operational costs budgets.
  • Experience with physical security access control systems and video management systems.
  • Proficient in project management tools and office applications.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience with installation, troubleshooting and/or testing of electronic security systems or
  • Associates with 8+ years of experience or
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience or
  • Master's Degree with 3+ years experience
  • System administrator experience in performing triage on system problems, resolving the system problems, analyzing system data to prevent problems, and implementing new workstations and system extensions
  • Vendor certifications for electronic systems preferred
  • Reliable attendance at customer site during work hours required by customer
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional nights and weekends
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS

Pay Range

USD $114,640.00 - USD $143,300.00 /Yr.
