Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business operations
• 5+ years in a project management or PMO role
• At least 2 SAP implementations in a PM capacity
• Proficient in project management methodologies including waterfall and agile
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office tools
• PMP/Prince 2 certification preferred
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead project management office activities and initiatives
• Develop and oversee project metrics and reporting processes
• Ensure alignment of project schedules with budget versus actual expenditures
• Coordinate with multi-vendor and geographically dispersed teams
• Implement quality standards and ensure project deliverables meet expectations
• Manage dependencies and critical paths for project timelines
• Facilitate communication across global teams to optimize project performance
