Tech Lead TECHM-JOB-26187
Position - SAP Business Analyst - FICO
Location - Columbus MS
Skill: Finance Operations
Salary $110k-$120k
JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Document existing processes, identify and analyze gaps between current processes and the desired state, design new processes, develop process performance measures and plan the transition to new processes as needed (practical experience in automotive manufactory plant is a plus).
Support Business Stakeholders in User story and Acceptance criteria preparation (according to SMART criteria: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound)
Present User story to Functional team and follow up with Business on open questions.
Partner with IT development team to test solutions, including updating appropriate documentation to Ensure smooth system integration and enhanced functionalities.
Demonstrating SAP functionality to the business users
Coordinate and Support Business users during User Acceptance Testing, including test case preparations, analyzing and presenting defects to Project team.
Follow policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Change Control, project management methodology, SOX controls.
Leverage SAP industry standards and best practice
Serve as a key liaison between Supply Chain Operations and IT Development team to provide systems analysis and support.
Takes a lead role in working with peers to develop standards processes, procedures and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years Strong understanding of various SAP FICO modules (product costing is a plus) and business processes.
Knowledge of SAP standard processes
• Ability to translate business solutions into systems programs
Possess knowledge of software testing procedures
Knowledge of SAP system integrations
Excellent collaboration skills
