Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for managing complex technical projects. Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Define and monitor engineering efficiency metrics, providing data-driven insights and reporting to leadership on program status and personnel headcount planning. Develop project work plans and goals. Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify project challenges and risks, including scoping, engineer capacity planning, and milestone planning. Build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage and foster the professional growth of team members through mentorship, technical guidance, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Leading scrum teams as a coach or a scrum master; Software development project management, including building development processes and/or coordinating release schedules; Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and/or retention; Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall or Agile methodologies; Using Jira to build custom dashboards; and Managing and coordinating project and program efforts of cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $232560 - $427500 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
