Team Leader, Professional Services- HCM

Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Professional Services Team Leader to lead a team of consultants delivering implementation services to our customers. This role blends people leadership with client delivery-ideal for someone who enjoys driving team performance while remaining close to customer outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day team operations, ensuring successful project delivery, and contributing directly through billable work. This role plays a critical part in driving customer satisfaction, revenue performance, and operational excellence across our Professional Services function.

This is a Hybrid position based on-site three days per week in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities
What you'll do
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants delivering HCM implementation services
• Oversee daily operations, including resource planning, project oversight, and performance management
• Ensure successful delivery of customer projects, including hands-on participation in billable work
• Drive team performance against revenue targets and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution
• Establish and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and delivery quality
• Act as a technical and functional expert in the Sage HCM solution, helping customers maximize value
• Partner cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes and delivery consistency
