As a Team Leader – Digital Solutions Configuration, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, prioritize, and coordinate digital tool configuration activities based on requests, projects, and deadlines.
- Assess the complexity of requests to ensure an equitable and efficient distribution of workload.
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, and the quality of completed configurations.
- Track performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and processing timelines.
- Identify operational issues, escalate risks when necessary, and propose corrective action plans.
- Ensure that procedures, guides, and tools related to configuration processes are up to date, documented, and accessible.
- Oversee the achievement of the team’s annual objectives.
- Guide, coach, and engage configuration specialists to maximize their performance and commitment.
- Provide daily support and constructive feedback, and support skills development.
- Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented, and quality-driven work environment.
- Participate in staffing, onboarding, and performance evaluation activities in collaboration with the manager.
- Act as a link between the team, management, and internal partners.
- Prepare and lead team meetings, information sessions, and training activities.
- Collaborate with IT, product, project, and other business teams to ensure alignment and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Analyze configuration processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization.
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, policies, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate in internal or external audits, as needed.
- Contribute to identifying and mitigating operational risks related to digital tools.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a college diploma (DEC) or a bachelor’s degree in information systems, administration, or another relevant field.
- Has 5 to 7 years of experience in system or digital tool configuration or in a similar role.
- Is recognized for their ability to lead, engage, and develop a team.
- Stands out for strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Demonstrates great rigor, excellent organizational skills, and a results-driven approach focused on continuous improvement.
- Has an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the person in this role will collaborate regularly with English-speaking internal partners and technical teams, particularly in the context of projects, digital tools, and the resolution of cross-functional issues.
