The opportunityAs a Business Transformation Manager within the Canada Tax Technology Group (CTTG), you will play a key role in shaping and advancing the future of tax service delivery. You will partner with tax professionals, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to identify business challenges, streamline processes, and implement technology-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and the client experience.
This is a strategic, highly collaborative and hands-on role that bridges tax, business and technology. You will be responsible for understanding how tax teams work, identifying opportunities for transformation, and helping guide initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption.

Your Key Responsibilities- Lead business transformation / process transformation initiatives across Canadian Tax service lines, identifying opportunities and helping design technology solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and quality.
- Partner with tax professionals and business stakeholders to understand pain points and inefficiencies, and design technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process assessments to identify current-state challenges and future-state opportunities.
- Support the development and deployment of technology-enabled solutions, including workflow tools, automation initiatives, digital platforms, and process improvements.
- Create current state or future state process maps or other documentation as needed.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans, and success metrics.
- Monitor transformation outcomes and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver status updates, and recommendations for leadership as needed

- Ability to analyze complex business processes and redesign them for improved performance and user experience.
- Strong technology acumen and understanding of modern technology solutions including AI.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have- 7+ years of experience in business transformation, process transformation, process improvement, technology solution design, operational excellence, project management, or a related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and tax stakeholders.
- Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into actionable recommendations and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Ideally, You'll Also Have (Nice to have but not required) - Experience working within tax, accounting, professional services, finance, or compliance environments.
- Understanding of Canadian tax processes and service delivery models.

Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
