How will you fit in the big picture?The Marketing Finance Manager will enable profitable organizational growth through best-in-class strategic analysis and planning support. In this highly collaborative role, you will provide P&L guidance and insights-driven recommendations to leaders across the U.S. organization, supporting strategic planning across a 1-to-3-year horizon and serving as a key finance partner for Direct Marketing Expense (DME).

What will you do?Strategic Out-Year Portfolio Planning and Analysis- Provide financial and economic analysis that enables informed decision-making and appropriate trade-offs across the portfolio.
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen financial acumen through business reviews, results interpretation, insights, and action planning.
- Assess drivers of margin variance and identify opportunities for margin expansion.
- Support delivery of Portfolio Strategy across the strategic planning horizon.
- Provide thought leadership, analysis, insights, and recommendations for strategic growth workstreams.
DME Financial Partnership and Results- Serve as a key Finance business partner supporting Direct Marketing Expense.
- Collaborate with Marketing partners on in-year DME forecasting and execution, as well as annual DME planning.
Minimum Education & RequirementsExperience:- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated business and financial acumen.
- Strong technical capabilities, including tools such as Excel, PowerPoint/ThinkCell, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx, with the ability to synthesize data into insights and strategic recommendations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop compelling executive-ready materials.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and identify and execute process improvements.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a business-related field required.
- MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $111,200 to $139,000 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
