Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the ATS configuration and its workflows.
  • Develop automation for scheduling and candidate scoring processes.
  • Manage and analyze hiring data, including dashboards and funnel metrics.
  • Oversee the implementation of new processes from design through enforcement.
  • Ensure reporting meets leadership's needs with accurate weekly metrics.

Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Own the systems the talent team runs on: ATS configuration, workflows, SLAs, and reporting.
  • Build automation across scheduling, referral intake, and candidate scoring so recruiters spend their hours on candidates, not admin.
  • Own hiring data: pipeline dashboards, funnel metrics, and the weekly numbers leadership runs on.
  • Run process changes end to end: design, document, roll out, enforce.
