Guide clients and partners through planning, execution, and optimization while building trusted relationships through clear communication and thoughtful, performance-focused recommendations.
Develop Affiliate Growth StrategiesCreate strategic roadmaps that align affiliate initiatives with client goals and broader business objectives. Identify opportunities to expand programs through new partnerships, placements, and promotional strategies that increase reach and drive measurable growth.
Recruit and Scale Partner RelationshipsSource, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and strategic partners to strengthen program performance. Evaluate partner fit, test new opportunities, and cultivate high-value relationships that contribute to long-term program success.
Drive Performance and OptimizationMonitor program pacing and performance across partners, placements, and offers. Analyze results to uncover optimization opportunities and recommend adjustments that improve efficiency, scale high-performing relationships, and maximize return.
Lead Reporting and Performance InsightsOwn monthly reporting and performance reviews, translating program data into clear insights and actionable next steps. Help clients understand what is driving results and where new opportunities exist for growth.
Ensure Program Execution and ComplianceOversee affiliate network setup, campaign compliance, and platform best practices to ensure programs run smoothly. Maintain strong operational rigor while partnering with internal teams to support seamless execution across campaigns.
Support Team Development and CollaborationProvide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and performance support to junior team members, which may include managing a direct report. Foster collaboration across internal teams and help maintain strong communication, shared insights, and consistent execution standards.
WHAT YOU BRING- 3-5 years of experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency or client-services environment.
- Experience owning day-to-day client relationships and confidently leading client conversations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations and performance insights clearly.
- A strategic, data-driven mindset and the ability to translate performance results into actionable next steps.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Experience creating client-facing presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a strong sense of curiosity and accountability.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing affiliate practice.
- Experience mentoring or supporting the development of junior team members, with readiness to take on formal people-management responsibilities.
- Location requirement: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle or Union Square (NYC), with ~2 days/week in-office.

Salary Range: $80,000-95,000 USD annual
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
